Glanire operates under strict Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols across Cork, Munster, and Dublin. We ensure every operative on your site is vetted, certified, and fully compliant with principal contractor site rules and the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) regulations.

Workforce Certification

We do not deploy general casual labour to active building sites. Every operative holds verified credentials:

100% Safe Pass & Manual Handling Certified: Mandatory verification prior to site induction.
Working at Heights & MEWP / IPAF: Fully licensed operators for scissor lifts and mobile boom platforms.
Full PPE Compliance: Hard hat, high-vis, steel-toe boots (S3 rated), and eye/ear protection matching site rules.
Toolbox Talks & Site Inductions: Mandatory attendance and participation in all daily site briefings.

Site-Specific RAMS: Detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements covering task-specific hazards, chemical usage, and plant access.
COSHH / Chemical Safety Data Sheets (MSDS): Full compliance with chemical storage and dilution guidelines.
Silica Dust Control: M-Class extraction units and certified respiratory protective equipment (RPE) to eliminate airborne silica hazards.
Cable & Hose Management: Strict routing and anti-trip protection in active trade environments.

Environmental & Insurance Standards

Comprehensive Liability Cover: €6.5M Public Liability and €13M Employers Liability with specific indemnity for commercial building contracts.
Drainage & Runoff Protection: Strict containment protocols to prevent slurry and chemicals from entering stormwater drainage networks.
Waste Management Coordination: Proper sorting and segregation of post-construction packaging and debris in line with site waste management plans.
